John Michael McConnell is a 2006 graduate of The Villanova University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of Villanova's Trial Competition Team and the Villanova Student Government. In 2003, Mr. McConnell graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola College, Maryland's Sellinger School of Business and Management. At Loyola, Mr. McConnell was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and was a member of the business national honor society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Additionally, Mr. McConnell was a 4 year participant in Division I athletics as a member of the tennis team. Mr. McConnell was a 3 year Loyola tennis team captain, 4 time Most Valuable Player and still holds the record for most victories in a single season and most career victories of any tennis player in the school's history.

After graduating law school, Mr. McConnell joined the law firm of Kane, Pugh, Knoell Troy & Kramer, P.C. where his practice specialized in medical malpractice. Thereafter, he worked at Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin where his practice specialized in products liability, premises liability and employment law.

Mr. McConnell joined McDonnell & Associates in April 2009. Mr. McConnell works out of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
