Lindsey S. Forshay is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law, where she wrote for the Dickinson Law Review, and was a member of the National Appellate Moot Court Team.  Ms. Forshay was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society, and received the Edgar I. King Moot Court Award.  Ms. Forshay received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from McGill University in 1985. 

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Forshay worked for several years at the Philadelphia law firm of Kohn Swift & Graf, concentrating primarily in antitrust and consumer class action litigation.  Ms. Forshay then joined Miller Faucher Cafferty & Wexler in Philadelphia, where she concentrated on antitrust and commercial real estate litigation.  Ms. Forshay joined McDonnell & Associates in July 2003 and is located in the firm's Cherry Hill, New Jersey office.  She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
