Attorney Profiles

Roberto K. Paglione is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University where he was the Comments Editor of the Dickinson Environmental Law Review. Mr. Paglione is also a graduate of The College of New Jersey where he was a Political Science major and member of Phi Si Omega, the national honorary society for Political Science majors.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Paglione clerked for the Superior Court of New Jersey, and completed his one year appointment in 2006. During his clerkship, he was the law clerk for three distinguished judges in the Criminal Division of the trial court.

Upon completion of his judicial clerkship, Mr. Paglione then practiced general liability defense, commercial litigation and construction litigation with two well-respected law firms in southern New Jersey. Mr. Paglione began his tenure with McDonnell & Associates in 2000. Mr. Paglione is the managing attorney of the firm’s New Jersey office.

Mr. Paglione appears frequently in federal and state courts in premises liability, commercial litigation, professional negligence, trucking cases, false arrest and civil rights cases. Mr. Paglione has tried several cases to jury verdict. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Paglione also maintains an active practice in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a court appointed and approved arbitrator of general liability and commercial litigation matter in New Jersey’s state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association.
