Attorney Profiles

Sarah M. Spletzer is a graduate of Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where she attended school in the evening division while working full time in the Labor & Employment department of the Philadelphia law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel. While attending Widener, Ms. Spletzer provided independent, extracurricular research assistance for tax law faculty and completed a term of independent study in criminal law/juvenile justice. Ms. Spletzer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 1994.

Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Spletzer became an associate with Obermayer, focusing primarily on labor and employment issues, including extensive practice before state and federal equal employment opportunity agencies. Ms. Spletzer has also worked in business and family immigration and Consumer Product Safety Commission-based product recalls. Ms. Spletzer joined McDonnell & Associates in July 2007 and is located in the firm’s King of Prussia, Pennsylvania office. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Spletzer is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. She has also provided pro bono services for the Homeless Advocacy Project and the Animal Legal Defense Fund.
