Analisa is a trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience handling matters for large corporations. Analisa focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, premises security, pharmacy and motor vehicle accidents. Analisa has significant trial experience and is an extremely effective advocate on behalf of firm clients.  Analisa served as a prosecutor for seven years in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office where she tried hundreds of cases in the elite Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit.

Analisa also brings judicial experience and perspective to the firm.  In 2012, Analisa was elected Magisterial District Judge for Tredyffrin Township, District 15-4-01.  As District Judge, Analisa hears both civil and criminal matters. The civil matters include, but are not limited to contract disputes and landlord/tenant cases.  She also hears traffic cases and summary criminal cases.

Analisa represents two pharmacies in the highly-publicized product liability mass tort suit involving the drug Reglan. Here, she is handling pleadings and pretrial discovery for several of the 2400 cases pending in Philadelphia County.

Analisa dedicates a significant amount of time to community outreach and educational programs. Analisa has been a guest speaker at a local high school and also for the Bucks County Comunity College Paralegal Studies Program.  Analisa also held court for campers as part of Tredyffrin Township’s Police Academy Camp. The campers participated in the presentation of mock cases involving speeding, retail theft and underage drinking.

Defended premises security case in Massachusetts that involved an assailant who abducted a young mother and toddler from a parking lot and traumatized them physically and mentally for several days. The plaintiff claimed that the parking lot offered inadequate security. The firm was retained only a few weeks before trial. Analisa assisted in mock trials before focus groups to develop the most effective trial strategy. After the firm obtained multiple in limine orders that limited the types of “other crime and incidents” evidence plaintiff could present at trial, which essentially resulted in partial summary judgment for her key liability theory, the case settled on terms favorable to the client.

Defended retailer in slip and fall case involving allegations of Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Plaintiffs had an initial demand of $6M. Analisa was successful in obtaining the dismissal of the retail store's manager as a defendant so the case could be removed to federal court. Analisa also did extensive background investigation and worked with numerous medical experts to challenge the validity of Plaintiff's diagnosis and extensive treatment. These efforts helped lead to a reasonable settlement on the eve of trial.

Defended retailer in a case involving a compound leg fracture sustained by a temporary employee at a warehouse. Analisa obtained a judgment in favor of her client after all claims were dismissed pursuant to the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act.

Obtained a defense verdict in a federal arbitration case involving a slip and fall over a toy on the floor at a retail store. Analisa successfully argued that the plaintiff failed to prove that the retail store had constructive notice of the presence of the toy on the floor.

Obtained a defense verdict in a state arbitration case involving an alleged slip and fall over spilled juice on the floor at a retail store. Analisa successfully argued that the plaintiff "faked" her fall after being warned of the spill by another customer.

Obtained defense verdict in a state arbitration case involving a plaintiff who sustained a head injury on a fixture in a retail store. Analisa successfully argued that the fixture was visible, not an unreasonably dangerous condition, and that the plaintiff chose to bend down underneath the fixture when a safer route was available.
