Jennifer's practice focuses on representation of a large retailer in premise security matters.  Jennifer has handled multiple high profile premises security cases at the firm including parking lot abductions and shootings. As a former Philadelphia District Attorney in the elite Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit,  Jennifer has extensive trial experience and has tried hundreds of cases to verdict. Jennifer also taught a Trial Practice Competition class at Villanova University School of Law.


Throughout her career, Jennifer has handled breach of contract matters and hundreds of personal injury claims including slip and falls, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, and construction site accidents. Jennifer has handled matters involving simple soft tissue type injuries as well as catastrophic injures. Jennifer has significant experience handling motor vehicle accidents including underinsured and uninsured motorist claims


Jennifer has devoted time to pro bono work throughout a majority of her legal career. Jennifer has been a pro bono attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates since 2003.  Through the Support Center, Jennifer regularly appears in court on behalf of children who have been abused or neglected.  Jennifer was awarded the 2010 Victim Advocate of the Year Award by the Philadelphia Coalition for Victim’s Advocacy.

Represented gentleman who was injured when he fell at the construction site of a major supermarket. Sustained injuries to his cervical spine, requiring extensive and costly medical treatment and deeming him totally disabled from gainful employment. Handled all aspects of the case from pleadings to discovery to depositions to handling experts. Successfully mediated the case before a retired Judge, and secured significant settlement in his favor.


Represented a Detective Captain from a local police force when he injured in a motor vehicle accident, which occurred during the arrest of a criminal suspect. Sustained significant injuries to his lower extremity, requiring extensive medical treatment and surgery, and which impacted his ability to fully perform his duties at work. Handled all aspects of the case from pleadings to depositions to medical experts. Quickly resolved the Third Party Claim against the criminal suspect’s insurance company in client’s favor. Then successfully resolved his two Underinsured Motorist claims stemming from the same accident.


Represented woman who sustained catastrophic life altering injuries in a motor vehicle accident, in which the driver was legally intoxicated after being over- served on a cruise-ship. Brought suit against the drunk driver as well as the owners and operators of the cruise ship in federal court. Handled all aspects of the case from pleadings to discovery to health care liens. Successfully mediated matter before respected former federal Judge, and secured a significant settlement in client’s favor.


Represented small business owner that was in the business of designing, fabricating and installing specialty stone, in a breach of contract case against a design company with whom it had contracted for limestone countertops. The designer did not want to pay for the countertops after the design company’s customer decided she did not like the limestone chosen. Handled all aspects of case from pleadings to discovery to trial. Successfully secured verdict in favor of small business despite defendant designer’s trial argument that payment was not made to small business because its work was done negligently.
